These 5 Foundational Rules Are Easy to List But Hard To Keep!  I guarantee you have broken these rules and you will break them in the future.  When a team is underpressure, stressed out, has outside distractions - it's going to happen.  It's better if you don't deny that you've made some of these mistakes.  What's dangerous is when these behaviors become accepted, excused and become the accepted norm.   What's healthy is when you can say, "I'm sorry" and "Here is how I plan to do better."   When your team masters these fundamentals of being a team, then you are ready to talk about EMPOWERMENT!
