Freedom specialist Bob Gardner
Bob Gardner is the Founder of The Freedom Specialist, a body-based approach to happiness, health, and well-being. He is also the author of the book Built for Freedom and host of the podcast Alive and Free. As a Transformational Specialist Bob’s aim is to share his unique tools with the world that help them find happiness, health, and well-being.
In our current mental health and recovery paradigm, we often treat symptoms without looking deeper into the root causes of mental health struggles. As a result, many of us have resigned ourselves to struggling and being unhappy as “just part of the human experience” But what if it isn’t?! What if there are actually steps we can take that would set us free from stress, addiction, anxiety, and even depression. What if you can actually teach your body to instinctively release the trauma and live in joy rather than fear?
Bob Gardner's revolutionary approach offers a fresh perspective on living in a way that makes trauma disappear for good. Bob’s unique system focuses on working with your body to produce joy and well-being on auto-pilot no matter what has happened in your past. When that happens, trauma and pain disappear on their own leaving a person with all of the wisdom and none of the suffering.

Run Katie Run Rocks The Genie Bottle!
With a unique blend of rock sensibilities and folky textures, the sound of Run Katie Run condenses into a singular force of energy and power. American Songwriter
Kate Coleman may be front and center in Run Katie Run, but the band’s new album, Cowboy Boots with Fishnet Tights, due out April 28, deeply reflects the community surrounding her. Its 13 Americana/roots-rock tracks cover the good, the sad, the inspired, and the tired — and everything in between — about relationships of all kinds. A few of the songs, in fact, are true stories starring Kate’s family members. - RKR website
What else do you need to know? Run Katie Run will be in the genie bottle and you definitely want to be there with us!
