Employee engagement: a subject of much debate, confusion and occasionally, derision. Ambiguous. Over-complicated. Siloed. Yet, consistently executed in the right way and combined with enablement and empowerment, it’s a sure-fire way to achieve competitive advantage and business success.

Many businesses, however, are still overcomplicating the ‘people stuff’, at the heart of which engagement, enablement and empowerment lies.
