And He Called Me Angel - Shanna Parker

Shanna Parker is an advocate for, and mentor to, victims of Human Trafficking. Shanna founded AngelsGoToWork to educate the community about the risks of trafficking, perform trafficking outreach, and work with youth who have been trafficked or are high risk to be trafficked. She works in the community with many different organizations and educates professionals in the field. She was recently awarded the 2015 H.O.P.E. award by The Florence Crittenton Organization for her work with youth girls giving them a Head start, Opportunity, and Positive future through Education. Her book titled ~And he called me Angel~ tells the story of her life as a victim of trafficking from 13-17yrs. Shanna’s desire is to be a contributing part of the world that puts in the work to eradicate Human Trafficking.
