With more and more people having to work longer hours for less money one thing that suffers tremendously is our health. Often because of our desire to stay ahead we will neglect our physical health instead opting to increase our “economic health” not realizing that the two are not mutually exclusive of each other. What good is money or economic security if our health won’t allow us to enjoy it? This show will address some of the top issues related to health for men and women in addition to ways in which people can realistically improve their overall health. Emphasis will be placed on real-life common-sense approaches to diet, exercise, and even a discussion of how mental health is affected by our physical health and vice versa.
