When you hear the word "core”, the central and most important entity of matter comes to mind. In our body, the core consists of the spine, ribs abdominal muscles and back muscles. The core allows for full body movement and stabilization. Even though the core is one of the most important areas in your body, it is often the most ignored and the weakest area in the body. This weakness results in injury and poor health (internally and externally). Our mission in this show is to emphasize the importance of the core, explain how to improve the core, dispel any rumors regarding the core, the importance of chiropractic to the core and lastly, how to live a healthier life with a better core.
