Can you write about your life changing experience?  You say it is not going to be effective for you because you don't know how to write?  Or you may say that you have nothing to say?  Even still, you are really angry and do not want to put your deep dark anger down on the page, heaven help us if someone would read it, right?

David Tabatsky, author of Write For Life:  Communicating your way through cancer will be sharing how the process of writing can unfold.  David suggests to use writing as a vehicle to open your mind to see the world you are living in.  It is hard to put down words and feelings but more difficult to read them days and weeks later.  Your life depends on marking the time, sharing your challenges and seeing how far you have gone in the days and months afterwards.  Take a pen, a crayon, or a computer and put down words, two or three or pages and pages.  You decide, take a leap.
