How do you know when your dream has arrived?

This the question that comes to mind when you think of the things you want out of life.

The one thing you have wanted since you were small and played in the back yard. Or you passed by a window and said

I am going to be that great person I want to be as you see your reflection in the glass.  You hear the words from the TV commercial " Be all that you can be" and the words seem to be directed at you. 

So how do you know when your dream of whatever it is has come and you now see your satisfaction with your life?

What feeling hit you like no other.                                                                                                           

What thoughts went through your mind, as your heart races with strong feelings of emotions that you have found that day.  When do you decide, and based on what thoughts, or emotions or just plain feelings made you believe your dream has arrived.  And the most important question of all is how long has your dream of complete satisfaction been with you?
