Our discussion today is about the returning the voting rights to those who have served their time.  Many wonder what happens to the citizens rights once they are sentenced to prison.  When they are returned to society, they should have all rights restored under normal conditions unless, treason or some similar crime was committed.  The Prison system is now becoming privatized to a great degree across the nation and this is impacting the citizens rights of many prisoners.
