    Check Out my Latest novel - To Protect and Serve Don Durant The President had gotten used to lodging overnight aboard Air Force one, when visiting foreign nations, based on the Al Quaida threats that were ever increasing. They wanted to stem the popularity of this new American President. Iran had fired off numerous test missiles, capable of reaching Israel and places beyond, as well as the potential of knocking out many of the American communication satellites. America had already endured the greatest loss of it's existence with the destruction of the World Trade Center under the watch of George W. Bush. Americans everywhere were effected by the devastation. Many depended on government leadership, and ingenuity to determine the best course of action. New York attempted to go on with business as usual and watched as terrorists ran rampant with explosions in public places in Spain, France,and Great Briton. The Bush doctrine of institutionalized torture did nothing to assuage the growing hatred of the U.S. across the world. To Protect and serve is the latest novel from Don Durant, looking into the dark place in the cities of the U.S. Terrorists are actively stocking bbuildings - gearing up for an assault on the consciousness and fears of the city once again. Security agencies across the board, were confident the U.S. President's life was threatened by terrorists acts perpetrated in the streets of the cities. Most public buioldings had increased security and constructed barricades and cement obstructions against truck and car bombs. The Secret Service had begun preventing President Obama from greeting citizens on motorcade routes and protesters were held in controlled in pens and seperate clusters; often as far as blocks away from public appearances of the Chief Executive, because of the danger of terrorist threats.
