Doctors of the USA welcomes Dr. Robert Hopper, PhD, the author of the book “Stick With Exercise”, to talk about the best practices to guarantee exercise success. He will share tips on how to discover what type of exercise each of us can actually enjoy plus overcoming the challenges and roadblocks in meeting our fitness goals.
Robert Hopper, Ph. D., is a noted author, speaker and owner of a private health insurance agency. He has a doctorate in exercise physiology from the University of Southern California, and is the former professor of exercise physiology and head swimming and water polo coach at Occidental College, Los Angeles. He is the inventor of a patented swimmer’s weight training program used in colleges and universities throughout the United States. Dr. Hopper lives in Santa Barbara, California with his artist wife, where he enjoys golf, skiing and cycling.
