REBROADCAST COMMENTARY ON REVEREND WRIGHT AND THE STATE OF AMERICAN POLITICS

The U.S. Supreme Court overturned a lower court decision previously endorsed by justice nominee Sonia Sotomayor. In a 5-4 decision Monday, the court ruled on "Ricci et al v. Destefano," named for firefighter Frank Ricci, above in 2007, ruling that white firefighters from New Haven, Conn., were unjustly denied promotion because of their race.
