On September 2, 2010 Maureen posted the following on her facebook page: "Some Zambians in the Diaspora who are not doing well find it hard to go back home and accept failure. They also fear being laughed at for not having succeeded "abroad'. It's even harder when they realise that the people they left back home have attained great strides. Instead they linger on, living a pitiful lifestyle ...pretending all is well. Should we just go back home when we have failed?" The posting created some controvesy among some visitors and so we invited Maureen to join us for a live discussion on this same subject.
