Carbohydrates 4 kcal/gram complex carbs are necessary (moderation)
Fats 9 kcal/gram 2 Tbls of healthy fats/day
Protein 4 kcal/gram give more energy and fill longer than anything else
Alcohol 7 kcal/gram calories turn into sugar / fat / etc.
