From mommy makeover to a rihinoplasty no matter the reason is women and men all across the world are getting some form of cosmetic surgery done .While some can afford it others really need it but afford the cost. Simple medical coverage don't cover what they call cosmetic surgery. Keeping American fat because they can't afford the surgery to remove extra skin like my self to days show talk about millions of Americans who really need and want surgery to live a better life style .
