There are alot of progressive Blacks, and we've made many strides over the years, from the days of overt slavery, and oprression. I dont want to intimate that NONE of Black America is doing well, and that ALL blacks are in need of being saved. However, generally speaking, Black Americans could do a whole lot better. The overall poverty rate is 12%, Black Americans make up 22%. Other statistics, such as the imprisonment, employment, and education displays that Blacks must do better. What do you think is the reason for all the negative things that are going on within the Black family? Everyone can point to governmental and political agendas ,systemic racism, education, prison, and others, but how much of those things are a product of Black Fathers not being there to lead and guide? If Blacks fathers were involved as much as they should, will these issues be as prevalent? Tune in, and let's talk about it. "Darryel's Daily Dialogue....where positive words, manifest positive action."
