We will be discussing why black unity is needed, why we don't have black unity, why every group of people need it, changing the preception of black, redefining blac
The influence of Black American music on the world and on the African continent is now more prevalent than ever. Yet the influence of Jamaican dancehall reggae music is rising steadily throughout the world as well. Using a Pan- Africanist approach, this edition of new music now features a line up of new artists to watch in 2015. We will also discuss the Baltimore mom, Black Lives and Black Unity.
An open dcusion on divine unity vs collective consciousness and why now is the time for all black/moours/african people to unite
Throughout the years unity within the black community continues to be a bone of contention. Once desegregation took place, and integration was in full effect, unity among the black community has continued to erode. Whether it’s in inner cities consisting of violence and the like, or black folks leaving for suburban living. The lack of togetherness and community has caused great harm for African Americans. Let’s discuss how to bring the U-N-I-T-Y back! Solution based radio!!
"Maat Hotep" family as all ways getting ready for another bout on "Conversations with Intelligent Black Men" Tonight we're focusing our show on our most special occasion "Kwanzaa" and so the topic tonight is called "Kwanzaa a need for Black Unity!!!"
We as a black people have made many accomplishments with one exception "Unity" we still struggle being a united people as black people let alone an Afrikan united front in any way of the word. We can't even agree on our own Afrikan holiday as many so called Afrikan Ameri-k.k.k.-ans we still so far have along way to go before we can be considered a people to be respected when we can't respect each other let alone our Afrikan heritage. This to me is soooo sad and renders much understanding why other ethic races have no respect for us when we can't unify even over "Kwanzaa"
So call in and share your thoughts with "Conversations with Intelligent Black Men" and So call in toll free and join us live every Saturday 6:30 pm West Coast PST. (855) - 445 - 9707
