We're relaunching Use Your Words for the new year, and today I want to take you listeners on a journey.

Many of you have asked me how I got started, and today I'm going to tell you the story of my speaking ministry, and the important things I've learned along the way. I'll share with you about how I learned to create a talk that actually impacted lives, how scared I was when I did my first retreat, how I learned to talk money, and how I created word of mouth.
