Ann Herr co-founder and Executive Director of Create To Learn a 501c3 will be sharing information regarding a program that allows up to 50% of the commission from the sale of real estate to benefit educational programs and nonprofits in the community.

Create To Learn offers educational grants, scholarships, community service as well as academic internships to the community.  Create To Learn currently operates out of Laguna Hills Mall.  In addition to a beautiful art gallery Create To Learn offers space for students of all ages to help the organization with many activities to help students to prepare for their future. 

Up to 50% of the funds from the commission from the sale of real estate will go to various programs to benefit the needed funds for various non profits in the community.  40% of the funds Create To Learn receives will be given to schools or a nonprofit to benefit the community.  Those who buy, sale, or lease the real estate will determine which organization will receive these funds.  Allowing a grant or scholarship to be designed with the help of those who buy, sell, or lease real estate.
