    A clown is an actor versed in the skills of physical comedy. That sounds like a lot for just being a clown. However, there are ins and outs of clowning. If you want to be a professional it doesn't hurt to go to a professional school, and be taught by experienced clowns. Develop  your clown character, physical skills and performing technique. Have a life of fun.
