With the natioanl attention on the issues of race and racial inequality within the American Justice system, our conversation tonight is born out of an age old, on going debate over Leadership. Who's fit to lead the black community, what does that person have to do in order to lead us? What are our expectations of this person? Join me as I take a look at our leaders past and present, did they really meet our expectations?
