Your leadership response should be appropriate for where your organization is at in terms of it's needs.  Who your organization is depends on you and the situation.  We will cover the 3 levels of organizational needs so you can determine where your organization falls.  

Once you know this and are equipped to move your organization through the levels necessary, you then need to decide where your organization is going. This is a great time of year to assess this!  We will talk about the Goals, Priorities and Strategies Business Plan and how you can implement this to achieve the highest levels of success now and next year.
