A recent Wallace Foundation study shows that collective leadership has an indirect, but positive impact on student outcomes in public schools. At a time when schools around the country are struggling with reform, this report and others provide persuasive evidence that collective leadership should be part of the solution. In this episode of CL Exchange OnAir, we're joined by Kwesi Rollins of the Institute for Educational Leadership. Rollins, who co-led national coordinating organization for the Kellogg Leadership for Community Change project and who is now part of the national planning team for the Community Learning Exchange, will share his observations about the applications of collective leadership to academic settings.
