Expressions of .... - women's health, happiness and creativity!

'Expressions of ....' is a regular programme for women who want to feel and be what they know they really want to be. In this first episode Rosie Wall of 'Creative Women' and Clara Gibson, Life Health and Wellbeing Coach of 'Make that Difference' and 'Your Health in Your Hands' explore a little of their own journeys to where they are now, and how they want 'Expressions of ....' to help women. 'Expressions of ...' will help women to realise / recognise that their own potential has even more to it than the place where they currently are. Through Rosie and Clara's discussions and interviews of other women and listeners 'Expressions of ...' women will feel comfortable and excited to explore further, to be happier, healthier, have more fun, to feel more confident, to feel more connected in what ever they are choosing to do or not do - so that their life can be lived on their own terms with increasing confidence, fun, happiness, health and creativity.

Episode 2 of 'Expressions of ...' will explore what stops women from easily developing their dreams to reality, or even remembering that they once upon a time had dreams of something more than what they are living now and how this impacts their happiness, confidence, health and creativity.
