What is life about?  It's a question we all ask ourselves, from time to time.  As women - should we be successful career women? Should we be wonderful mothers?  Can we be both?

The study reported in the Daily Telegraph this week indicates that balancing full-time work and motherhood takes a huge toll of women's health, their relationships and has negative impact for the children too.

Sometimes being able to see that there are options can be difficult when feeling stressed and harrassed.  Being able to see options can be very difficult without support.

In today's episode Clara interviews Sandra Kanfer Clarke - who had run a successful marketing and branding business before having her two daughters.  Child care was very expensive, but it was the fact that she was rarely home to see her daughters during their waking hours that forced her hand.

In a lightbulb moment Sandra was finally able to see an option that had been available for sometime.  She found a solution that not only reduced her stress levels, it enabled her to improve the health of her whole family, gave her all the time she needed with her girls and enabled her to use her marketing and branding expertise in ways she had not anticipated.

Listen in to find out what Sandra's solution from 'Drastic' to 'Fantastic' was!
