Is there incest happening today?

Is there Incest happening in our families today? Child safety and prevention must become our number One top priority.  Our children are depending on us to keep them safe.  What are we doing to help keep kids safe?  Can we do more?  What can we do when parents violate their own children?  What can we do when the courts failed to punish the predator in a fair, and just manner?  It appears that we have in some ways failed our children.  Have we forgotten that our children are depending on us to keep them safe?
