Jones' role as director of responsible gaming has helped to strengthen the bridge of communication and understanding between the gaming industry, specifically gaming machine manufacturers, and the problem gambling communities. Jones is a 20-year veteran of the gaming industry who has worked closely with the treatment community, government bodies and gaming industry representatives to formulate strategies to address compulsive and problem gaming. Tom Willer, who handles casino business development for PayNearMe and is a partner at Entertainment GPS, will be back to Casino Talk to provide an update on the latest happenings with i-gaming.
