To experience this DIVINE TRUTH, sit down with yourself and say..'PERFECT IS WITHIN ME...or my PEACE within me which is perfect, come forth and express through me. Be receptive to it, not forcing, no coercing me, but allowing, you will find yourself relaxing. Your agitation will disapper and confidence and peace will follow.
