Today is the day American celebrate Memorial Day, a day on which we honor and remember those who died in active U.S. military Service.
Memorial-something (as a monument) meant to keep remembrances alive. Something remembered. Time within which past events are remembered...Webster.
According to Howard Thurman...life and death are integrally related. Death is part of life and life is part of death. This truth does not diminish the grief and sorrow that loved ones feel when their beloveds transition. Only time can comfort those who have lost loved ones.
