Gurus of happiness focus on our make-or-break habits.  Habits are our destiny.  We have the inherent power to start good habits and stop bad habits...ZE CHOICE IS OURS/YOURS!  So why do we loath to do so.  Habits are part of our identity.  When we change a habit, it means changing a fundamental part of who we are.
