A NEW YEAR, A NEW YOU, A NEW BEGINNING.

OUT with NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS and IN WITH MAKING ONLY ONE RESOLUTION THIS YEAR...BE KIND TO YOURSELF IN 2015!

Men and women, alla ges.  We live in a stressed filled fast paced society, but remember...STRESS  is a CHOICE.

What is STRESS, quite simply is THE WAY YOU REACT, PHYSICALLY and EMOTIONALLY to CHANGE.  Like change, STRESS can be either positive or negaive.  Change is constant, you need to know when to shift strategies to accomodate change.

POSITIVE STRESS...in its positive aspect STRESS can help you to concentrate, focus, perform and can often help you to reach peak efficency many people, in fact, do their best work when under positive STRESS.  STRESS becomes NEGATIVE when you stay geared up and don't or can't relax after meeting the challenge.

STAY TUNED...

Promise yourself...etc.

Success is a natural by product when...etc.

Make PASSION your business...etc.

Autogenics, tell your body how to...etc.

Don't go to the end with your DREAM...etc.
