What motivates a man/women to change their sedentary habits into extraordinay habits that will change their lives.

For some who at an early age are overweight, suffering from lack of self-esteem, lack of energy realize something has to change.  When the AH-HA clicks in you have to have the desire to make changes in your eating/diet, decide that exercise is an essential component in achieving your goal.

Imagine being age 60, and turning heads wherever you go.  You're a decorated body builder, Nationally.  Imagine being stopped while walking through the mall or at a restaruant, people stopping you and asking HOW DID YOU GET THAT BODY!
