THE WEATHER OUTSIDE IS FRIGHTFUL...in Chicago-land....we're breaking records. Monday the 6th, -15 degrees with a wind chill factor of -40, but I don't let temperatures stop me and you shouldn't either.
When the SilverFox and I lived on the Mag-Mile in Chicago, we would don are running clothes and hit the lake front in -20 degrees temps. We dressed in layers and wore face masks. What a challenge. It didn't take long before we were sweating....WHAT A RUSH!
Come on take advantage of the cold...COLD IS HOT! Move your workout outside to increase your fat burn. Bundle up and get ready for the challenge and the slopes.
