CIRCA 2013...unfortunately, AGE DOES MATTER, WHY? because America is YOUTH ORIENTED.  HOLLYWOOD AND THE MEDIA ARE IN LOVE WITH YOUTH.

SOME MINDS ARE SET IN CEMENT, THOROUGHLY MIXED UP AND PERMANENTLY SET!  Now that we're living longer and smarter, some employers see perks in hiring older workers.

THE FORMULA for being hired over 50 +...you're young only once but you can stay childish and immature for life...think young, but don't act like one.  Be energetic, fresh thinking and quick to catch on, able to work at a frenzied pace, start early, work late.
