Professor Derrick  Bell's Critical Race Theory,a supposedly incriminating clip debunks the myth of insufficient vetting of President Obama by the late Andrew Breitbart  

There is no better testament to the influence of the late Andrew Breitbart than the buzz over a 1991 video of Barack Obama at Harvard Law School that Breitbart.com is heralding. Unfortunately, the buzz also points to the other side of Breitbart's legacy: a tendency to overhype non-stories. Atlanta Monthly

Derrick  Bell, Jr. was the first tenured African-American professor of Law at Harvard University, and largely credited as the originator of Critical Race Theory. He was the former dean of the University of Oregon School of Law.  In 1959, the government asked him to resign his membership in the NAACP because it was thought that his objectivity, and that of the department, might be compromised or called into question.Bell quit rather than giving up his NAACP membership
