Taking Responsibility and stopping Malfeasance by Government & Contractors

 MY APLODIES TO MY LISTENERS FOR MY SCHEDULED 9am PROGRAM FOR TODAY, this is a make up and a call to action and taking responsibility  Channel 7 News in Denver will air a investigation touching on my subject today at 10pm Mountain Time.

In 1994 I was hired as a Program Case Manager by the youngest Executive in Urban League history , today he is Mayor Michael Hancock of Denver Colorado, The program was called the Black Aids Project At Large, a program helping men, women and children affected or infected by HIV/AIDS. My education and training in marriage and family and alcohol and drugs, assisted me in helping Urban League clients serviced. As a case manager I assisted with housing, benefits, food, clothes and prisoners affected by the dis-ease and reintegration, wrote the Transitional Awareness Program in 1994 you know it by the named call the Second Chance Act, which excluded the most important part of my program, No Barriers!!!.. During that time several important complaints were filed by many Black Americans concerning the discrimination and affects of Fraud in these many Consolidated Planned Programs under HHS,DOJ, SSA and NH,  both during and after my employment. these complaints involved Public Officials, involving retaliation for reporting the theft and stealing  of Billions of dollars and most were Black and Latin, organizations supposed to be helping the Black and Latin community, but a lot were and are our Elective Officials, this is a discussion that many Voiceless have been denied a voice,  here' the Facts about Source America, Maximus Inc, Ticket to Work Program, Pass Program, Ability Program and Consolidated Plan Fraud will be discussed and how this has hurt Black_n_America, and how the response's from the Black community has harmed the Black Community..
