Why is it so Hard for a Pastor to Find Honest Leadership or Covering?

In the time we live in we must be very carful who we submitt ourselvelves as well as our ministry's too. I find there are a lot of leaders out here that are not concerned for the people but concerened about getting or taking money from the church for there own use......The word of the Lord let's me know that it is our job to take care of the widow but a lot of the Pastors and Leaders are concerned with driving a fine car before taking car of the widow.....Let's take about this topic and bring understanding to Pastors and leaders like me who just want a Leader that is touchable, a leader that will make himself available at anytime for the sake of ministry.........This topic is one that needs to be talked about as so many are taking avantage of the church.........
