Jacoby will share his testimony on how he came to faith, what his faith means, and how it guides him in all the transitions of life he has to face. Jacoby is a 22 year old who will speak on his transtion as a young adult.  After high school is a time many youth experience struggles, confusion, and disappointment. Leaving the home and learning how to take care of yourself can hit some people hard. The realization that everyone from high school is all going off in different directions and the unknowns of the world can be scary. However, it is when we leave our comfort zone that our faith can really shape us. The Lord will draw us near in times of trouble but it is just as important to know and be in His Word.

From Jacoby's own words: "Transitioning from high school to adult life was a crazy season. With having to really be affirmed in my faith and fight for it, but also having people actually push against it, it left me in a place of really having to stand firm in who I was in Christ, but it's been an amazing journey."

Jacoby's favorite verse is Jeremiah 1:6-8

New International Version (NIV)

“Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”

But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.
