Our dynamic episode will provide listeners with the tools and techniques necessary to become an expert at finding the real problems that are affecting them.  But, we don’t stop their, the listener wil be exposed to a special set of techniques that will help organizations accept the real challenges, issues, and problems they are being confronted with.

There are four stages to the problem process including:

1. Finding the real problem.  2. Accepting what you find. 3. Creating a solution. 4. Developing a process that will prevent the problem from coming back.  The two stages that are the most important are finding and acepting the real poblems before them.  As Albert Einstein said “ If I had one hour to solve the problems of the world I would spend 50 minutes uncovering what the real problems are and 10 minutes finding the solution.

The audience will learn the Gordon Ramsey from Kitchen Nightmares approach to finding the real problems that an organization must deal with and how to take down any barriers that might be preventing a company from accepting what they found.

The show will examine what went wrong at Kodak and how clues were ignored that something was terribly wrong.  If Kodak had accepted the real issues that were slowly destroying their business things might have been different.

Businesses are experiencing more life threatening problems faster then ever before.  The ability to find and accept them at record speed if they are to survive has never been greater.

Our show will provide listeners with the business insights to stay ahead of their problems to survive and stay ahead of the competition.
