"Relationship Talk!" Co-Workers

We all have had wonderful and not so wonderful work relationships with our colleagues. They can be the spring of of collaboration and a valuable resource or they can be the foundation of gossip and foolishness. I work in a public school and my co-workers are something else (they will probably say the same of me). But through all of the talk, my colleagues will pull together when their is death, tragedy, or we endure difficult life situations. We have sang togehter, prayed together and encouraged each other to move forward in life. What is your work environment like? We would love to hear from you!
