Infrastructure jobs (see video) targets men first. Would be good. Is it true? We need our men strong for the women of their lives. Once we get men working, other jobs immediate will spring off for women in numerous areas. Infrastructure jobs target minority communities. Good. But not truth. Preventing Layoffs of Teachers, Cops and Firefighters. Required. Needed. Rehabilitation homes, businesses and communities will get more construction workers back on jobs. 

Infrastructure jobs target low income workers mostly. Good! Is it true? Investment in our roads, rails and airports. Required. Needed. Tax cuts to help America's small businesses hire & grow. Expanding access to high-speed wireless. Process employs workers, and deploys high-speed services to at least 98% of Americans. Modernize over 35,000 schools. Tax credits for hiring long term unemployed.
