The Dudette and I will be judging a KCBS sanctioned contest on the 29th of March. This may be an anything can happen day if I can get interviews with some of the teams. I'll give you the Dude & Dudette's version of chicken taco salad.

A continuation of the rib segment with more tips and ideas. Disclaimer: I have used the rubs, mops & sauces given out in the program. I got them from various sources off the internet and books. Most have been changed to suit my tastes.
