God’s Peace Upon You All,

It’s hard to believe that Critical Discourse is at its last airing for 2011, from the first show in July.

By the Grace of God, I have done my best to present a point of view, consistent with the principles of Islam; scriptural compliance, decency, balance and Critical Thinking, thus the namesake of the show’s title.

Realizing that my views have been at odds with many, I appreciate the opportunity provided me by bro. William, in allowing me the time & space to present them, without hindrance or reservation. In particular, I speak to my opinions on President Obama and his agenda, as I have tried to make the case, where he has erred in philosophy and policy, direct or indirect, open or clandestine.

However, what has come about in these shows, are the profound statements and that positions you, the participants, have taken. You are the real “stars” of Critical Discourse., and your contributions have been spirited and informative. As such, I do not believe I am out of order by declaring that Critical Discourse and it's Media Community represents one of the most dynamic and relevant gatherings of critical thinkers.

We have a lot in store for 2012, especially with the presidential election gearing up, and the ideological fires that have been stoked around it. I also intend to focus on solutions and answers to our simple and complex problems. In fact, if you've any topics you'd like me to cover, please feel free to suggest.

In this last Critical Discourse, we'll review 2011, and preview what's in store for 2012. Since there's no specific topic, this will be Open Mike, so you discuss what's on your mind; the issues that are important to YOU.

Lastly, I hope and pray that you all have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
