Wisdom Wednesday! Is False Harmony A Real Problem At Work?

There are certain relationships we have that we no choice in the matter.  I cannot choose my family.  I can however choose my friends.  If I am not happy in relationships with family, I can be honest about it to a point.  I may risk divorce, or not seeing them more than once a year (family reunion).  If I am not happy with my friends, I can just sever the ties and quickly heal from the disappointment.  What about our coworkers and/or our boss at work?  If you need the job to feed your family and pay your bills, then you tolerate more, and dare I say even 'fake it'.  Is it really such a bad thing to pretend to be happy if it provides an income you need?  Today we discuss both sides of the issue.  Call in and share your insights on the matter.
