When individuals are looking to get healthy, transform their body, lose weight, etc., It's very common for individuals to focus on "eating healthy." For example, they may snack on food such as carrots and hummus, celery and other low-calorie snacks. While these individual foods are healthy of course, they are not actually fueling the body. Think of this like putting water in the gas tank of your car. Just because water is a liquid property like gasoline, placing water in the gas tank of our car is not going to properly power and fuel our car. The same holds true with the human body. Therefore, in order to increase results, we want to eat with purpose.
