Body transformation; it's something so many individuals strive for, but, not something everyone achieves, why? Well, there are many reasons as to why body transformation goals do not become a reality. One of the main reasons is due to the lack of lean muscle that the individual is building. There is only one way to burn body fat and that is to build lean muscle. Burning body fat, of course, is essential for body transformation to occur.
Putting the lean muscle is essential. And then, we must fuel the muscle properly. And then, we must preserve that lean muscle that we have built. This is going to be our discussion focused today; build it, fuel it, preserve it.
