There is so much whiz bang technology and different ways to sneak up on potential customers. Why should salespersons have to find clever ways to engage potential customers?
I think it should be mandatory that everyone have a website. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are good options if you use them properly. I'm not sure what the definition of properly is for the masses, but I have ways that work for me regarding social media.
