Three Martini Lunch 8/16/16

Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America are pleased to see Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane convicted on all nine counts for leaking grand jury testimony and lying about it. They also lament that Virginia won't even be competitive in this year's presidential race. And they slam Hillary Clinton for saying she would not send U.S. troops to fight ISIS under any circumstances - apparently disregarding that troops are doing so right now.
