The Cognac Chef

This evening I have a special guest preparing your meal. He's a Chef by day and a DJ by night. He is no stranger when it come to the kitchen. He was my co host on last weeks show and he goes by the name of DJ Bizzy Bee aka Chef Byron. Tonight's meal will include boneless chicken breast, stuffed with broccoli and mozzarella cheese, laid over linguine noodles and topped with an Alfredo sauce. And of course the show wouldn't be, if I didn't end it with a mixed Cognac drink. So prepare your tastes buds for a magnificent treat.
