How to Change Deep Rooted Patterns and Transform Your Life with Rae Leonard

    in Self Help

Today's special guest, Rae Leonard, is an author, intuitive guide and coach. Her latest book is titled, High Sobriety: A trip out of the bottle into your intuition.
As a Transformationalist, Rae draws on her expertise in Jivamukti Yoga, VortexHealing®, performing arts, Conscious Language, and master cleansing to help people who are ready for Post Traumatic Growth. She assists in dissipating subconscious triggers to allow people to become the frequency of their designs. One of her guiding principles is, “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. This is not philosophy. It is physics.” - Albert Einstein
Rae grew up a latchkey kid in New York’s East Village during the seventies. Tiring of the downtown performance scene, she became a wife, mother, and yoga teacher in the Hudson Valley. Her strategy for escaping the grimd of nuclear family life was to use the Law of Attraction to get heroin to feed her addiction. She returned to the entertainment industry, where she honed roles playing ‘crack whores’ such as in the film Detachment, where she played Adrian Brody’s tormented, addicted mother in flashbacks. While on film sets she realized she enjoyed using her intuition to help crew members through their issues more than she liked film acting. Eventually hitting rock bottom with her addictions, a transformation was ignited.
After dropping the lure of drugs and alcohol in her own life, Rae started coaching people, combining her innate gifts with a frequency device called Healy that helped her make quantum leaps. Healy technology is an effortless way to communicate to the information field, to change one’s deep rooted patterns and quickly transform your life.

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 3440

    in Self Help

Tonight’s special guest is Kristin Melissa, from Orange County, California. Now, at 52, she is finally brave enough to tell her story. She has an international presence. Kristin values reaching the forgotten victims focusing on one-on-one tailor-made advocacy. She challenges herself to come in the name of love while endeavoring not to be a hypocrite through the wisdom of the golden rule, “what would I have wanted someone to do for me.” Bill, the founder of A.S.C.A. built this platform on the foundation of the golden rule. Kristin endeavors to bear the burden of the brokenhearted by developing and distributing healing resources. Kristin will never stop believing in a good gift gift-giving heavenly father written about by an ancient prophet named James. “Every Good Gift and Every Perfect Gift comes down from the father of lies. With him, there is not a change or even a shadow of change. (James 1:17 N.T.) Kristin also believes strongly in celebrating important victories and milestones.. Divine Interventions are now commonplace against the predatory makers. Kristin is becoming trained and skilled to lament as a retired hospice chaplain. And also in Holy Humor and sacred satire. She knows that “God mocks”. Kristin is seeing, hearing, tasting, and telling of all the “God Winks.”  Fears are being conquered, and confidence in the truth of the reciprocity law is restored. Kristin would like to say thanks in a tribute to all the genuinely loving family members like her husband of 33 years, Matt Opper, and his amazing gram Nellie Ann Opper of the King of Opper Family Trust for choosing her. Kristin is forever grateful for the gift of true prayer warrior friends. ~ Everyone is invited to engage in tonight's show. Visit the NAASCA.org website or call 646-595-2118 to join our live panel.

Author Wendy Lyons Sunshine - Tender Paws

    in Self Help

When Wendy Lyons Sunshine got her first puppy — abandoned behind a gas station, struggling with worms and anemia — she was in over her head. Puppy training guides failed to help her with the out-of-control bundle of teeth and claws rescue pup, and in desperation, she turned to her work helping worldclass child development experts. Could strategies for raising happy, well-adjusted kids transfer to a puppy? As it turns out, yes, they can! Full of illustrative cases and thoughtful insights to support dog welfare and inspire your own pet parenting journey, Sunshine’s new book, Tender Paws, explores parallels between human and canine research; delves into attachment theory, the effects of trauma, parenting styles, and sensory issues; and offers strategies that meet the needs of all dogs — often in unexpectedly simple ways. Far from a standard dog training manual, Tender Paws reveals why love alone isn’t always enough and how evidenceinformed parenting practices can help.
Wendy Lyons Sunshine is an awardwinning writer and journalist who coauthored The Connected Child: Bring Hope and Healing to Your Adoptive Family, a bestseller that has been translated into multiple languages; and Raising the Challenging Child: How to Minimize Meltdowns, Reduce Conflict, and Increase Cooperation. She blogs about animal welfare and the human-dog bond for PsychologyToday.com and has contributed to The New York Times, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Fort Worth Weekly, and many other publications. She has trained in the L.E.G.S. applied ethology model of Family Dog Mediation and assisted at a local animal shelter. She and her husband live with a rescue dog on an overgrown acre where they all enjoy watching wildlife.
